Job Description:
Accenture Federal Services is currently seeking a highly skilled and versatile Service Desk Deputy Lead to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a well-rounded individual with a strong technical background, a passion for continuous learning and improvement and a desire to mentor junior level technicians to build exciting careers in IT.
Responsibilities include:
- Account management of day-to-day operations for onboarding new users, internal user base and user account life cycle
- Adding and removing users and granting permissions
- Engaging with appropriate stakeholders to identify and support focus areas to meet customer SLAs
- Account Provisioning/User Licensing
Here's what you need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems. If the degree is not in CS/MIS, extensive experience (3-5 years) or numerous certifications in networking, operating systems, and DEVOPS/scripting or coding is required.
- 3+ years of experience with the following technologies:
- Networking
- Application Management
- Database Management
- Operating System Administration (Linux/Unix preferred, Windows experience also valuable)
- Help Desk Customer Support
- Cloud Technology (Azure Preferred)
- Active Directory, Group Policy Objects
- 3+ years of experience with:
- Programming/Scripting Experience: Proficiency in C++, Perl, Powershell, Java.
- Business Analytics Tools: Knowledge of Power Automate, PowerBI, or similar tools from Google or Amazon.
- Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with cloud technologies and infrastructure as they relate to Application servers such as Exchange, SharePoint, Active Directory Experience
- 2+ years in a Leadership Role
Bonus points if you have:
- Familiar with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service operations processes of problem, change, configuration, incident and release management.
Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI and willing to do a CI Poly
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:
$83,900—$170,200 USD
