About the Job
Accenture Federal Services is seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused Cloud System Administrator to join our team delivering mission critical platforms and capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems
- Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
- Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems
- Aid users with onboarding, accessing, and using IT systems
- Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support teams on workload management, patch management, active directory management, onboarding, and any other troubleshooting as required
- Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning
- Support hands-on computer-based training for users
- Provide detailed analysis and feedback to management and internal customers for escalated tickets
- Support the transfer of mission application updates across multiple classification levels, enabling low to high file transfers
Here's what you need:
- 9+months of experience in System Administration or Software Development or Helpdesk experience
- 1+years of experience working on-premise security systems
- Must be willing to acquire a DoD 8570 Compliant with IAT Level 2 certification within 4 months of employment
- Willingness to submit to a Polygraph examination
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with Microsoft WIN Server 2016 or 2019
- Experience with RedHat Enterprise Linux
- General understanding of basic Networking principles
- Experience in cloud technologies and platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or other cloud service providers
- AWS Cloud Associate Certifications
Security Clearance:
- Must have an active TS/SCI clearance; Polygraph preferred
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
