Key Responsibilities: 

• System Support: Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain computer hardware and software, ensuring peak performance across all devices and platforms for software development programs.  

• End-User Collaboration: Interface directly with end-users and development teams to optimize and tailor cloud IT systems and software applications for their specific needs. 

• System Management: Install, configure, and maintain consistent development, test, and production environments using automation technologies ensuring mission success.  

Key Technologies & Skills: 

• Linux/Unix system administration (RPM, Kickstart) 

• Virtualization (VMWare, virtual machines, AWS, Azure) 

• Scripting (BASH, CSH, Ansible) 

• System Security Hardening and Performance Tuning 

Qualifications: 

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the installation, maintenance, administration, and troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, and computer hardware and software. 
• Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen
