Primary Responsibilities:
- Updating deployment materials and training documents based on the changes to the product construct and overall program roadmap.
- Represent TVX Business Operations in scrum, program, and divisional cloud TV meetings to ensure updates / issues are communicated and cascaded in a timely manner.
- Complete detailed and accurate business case analysis for proposed system enhancements via collaboration with stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison between X1 CARE, Field operations teams and corporate product and technology teams
- Maintain appropriate level of urgency in managing multiple disparate initiatives across various stages of the strategic Cloud TV enhancements and delivery lifecycle.
- Serve as subject matter expert on operations process and system capabilities to support process improvement and new product development initiatives.
- Act as a primary decision maker for end to end technology concepts for support documentation and readiness.
- Facilitation, development of customer requirements and creating detailed product specifications.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Assists Product and Engineering teams with support integration planning.
- Researches and identifies problems with workflow and documents findings to correct issues.
- Reviews work processes and recommends improvements.
- Collaborating with business operations leads and deliver new methods and techniques for operational improvement.
- Engagement meetings with Corporate, National and Divisional partners.
Job Specification:
- Previous cable industry experience a plus, not required
- Comfortable leading large presentations and delivering training
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Familiar with broader cloud technology use cases and mobile streaming applications (Netflix, Hulu, HBO Go, etc.) a plus, not required
- Comfortable with both Android and iOS mobile operating systems
- General excitement and enthusiasm for new technology and consumer products
- Familiar with basic TV products and features (DVR, mobile applications, physical hardware, etc.) a plus, not required
- Natural focus on the customer impact and experience behind organizational changes and new products.
