Club Repair and Fitting Specialist FT - Puetz Golf Superstores

Job Description
The Club Repair & Fitting Specialist performs modifications is responsible for club modifications according to the indiviudal customer's needs. Additionally, they're responsible for club repair and fitting, as well as providing both prouct and service recommendations. The Repair and Fitting Specialist will be responsible for maininting inventory while accurately reporting all shop related product usage.

The Club Repair & Fitting Specialist Will:

• Operate associated computer programs.
• Share knowledge with others effectively.
• Prioritize tasks appropriately and effectively.
• Know how to operate shop equipment safely and always comply with workplace safety standards.
• Complete all order forms and repair tags.
• Display in depth knowledge of club-making and repair techniques, product features and their benefits.
• Recognize and implement ways to improve processes.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills

• Customer service skills, an ability to demonstrate a customer-first attitude.
• Prior working knowledge of custom fitting and club repair principles required!
• The ability to work with and be exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals, fumes and airborne particles.
• Experience operating and using the equipment necessary perform department tasks.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with all associates and customers.
• Experience with a POS register system
• A working knowledge of word-processing, spreadsheet, inventory, Internet and order processing systems.
• Full comrehension of business reports and associated correspondence. Mathmatic skills associated with calculating discounts, commissions, interest, etc.
• Freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock area and register area with the ability to live/move up to 50 pounds at any given time.
• Work varied hours/days as business dictates.

Required Experience

• 1-2 years of related experience
