Maintenance Porter / Private Facility

Full-time maintenance porter / Housekeeping Attendent needed for private country club.                                                   

Porter responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

1.) Cleaning buildings and common areas

2.) Pool cleaning

3.) Painting, carpentry and landscaping

4.) Light maintenance

5.) Other projects as assigned

6.) Overtime opportunities seasonally

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: 

1.) Attention to detail, safety and cleanliness

2.) Strong organizational skills

3.) Good judgment

4.) Communication skills

5.) Excellent follow-up

6.) Positive attitude, strong work ethic, very reliable and self-motivated

7.) Ability to work outside 90% of the time

Located in Valrico Florida, River Hills Country Club is a Private 18 hole golf and country club. The Club is owned and managed by the homeowners association and its board of directors.
