In this important role, the Clubhouse Support Staff provides assistance in organizing and executing scheduled activities and encouraging member participation in a partnership model in the weekend/evening/holiday program.
Occasionally, when working non-social hours, position includes assisting staff and members in the running of the Clubhouse program, completing tasks or activities side by side with members as directed.
The Clubhouse Support Staff assists Clubhouse to locate and utilize community or existing Clubhouse resources to increase community involvement or offer enrichment opportunities for members.
Schedule: Relief - requires occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
Pay Rate: $19.91/hour

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer fluency (including Microsoft Office)
- High School Diploma or equivalent OR two years' experience in human services field required; preference will be given to those with prior Clubhouse knowledge or lived experience.
