Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or 5 to 7 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 7 years of experience in the infrastructure engineering field.
- Previous experience designing and deploying a CMDB system such as IBMs TADDM or HPs uCMDB.
- Previous experience integrating CMDB systems with other tools such as service requests, change management, enterprise monitoring, and automation systems.
- Previous experience working with Service Now integration.
- Previous experience working with the ITIL and ITSM models.
- Demonstrates good judgment and experience in technology selection and implementation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Provide excellent customer service, leadership, communication, problem solving and decision making skills.
- Demonstrate strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills.
- Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations. Listens, understands, and gets clarification. Seeks other input at all phases of the project.
