Join the Pima County Health Department as a Public Health Educator II and make a significant impact on our community's well-being! In these two grant-funded roles, ending September 30, 2026, you'll support the Division of Community Mental Health and Addiction, working closely with community members, coalition partners, agencies, schools, and families to advance crucial public health initiatives.

As part of our team, you'll report to the Community Mental Health and Addiction Program Coordinator, taking charge of planning, implementing, and developing engaging marketing and educational materials. You'll lead specific sections of the CMHA program, including community training, media and marketing efforts, and health education.

The roles will also involve managing grant-funded activities, ensuring deliverables are met, and bringing partners together to identify and address community needs in mental health, injury, and substance use. We’re looking for two individuals with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, who can juggle multiple projects with enthusiasm and a solution-focused approach. You'll be at the forefront of initiatives like suicide prevention, drug overdose prevention, mental health education, and trauma resiliency.
