Job Description – Quality technician
Reports to: Quality Manager
Qualification: o High school diploma or equivalent (GED
o Minimum 4 years of experience as a CMM programmer /
operator
o Knowledge of GD&T and Blue print reading
o Knowledge of Zeiss CALYPSO
o Knowledge of Microsoft Office
o Basic knowledge of mathematics, algebra and physics
Duties: o Writing the programs for new products.
o Performing inspections on existing parts.
o Performing incoming inspections for new and existing
production.
o Gage Calibration support
o Quality Lab maintenance activates
Training & Requirements: o Employee Handbook: Read, sign and return.
o Quality Policy Discussion w/Supervisor
o Gage Control Plex.
