Title: CMM Programmer - 1st Shift
Location: Landisville, PA
Hire Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $30-35 an hour
Must have: Previous manufacturing experience CMM programming
Job Duties:
- Program and operate a Mitutoyo Crysta-Apex V9168 Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).
- Interpret blueprints, CAD designs, or models to develop effective CMM programs for dimensional inspection.
- Conduct first article inspection and routine in-process dimensional sampling of parts.
- Analyze measurement data and generate detailed inspection reports in the required format.
- Participate in dimensional problem-solving activities and root cause analysis.
- Support gage and equipment calibration processes.
- Provide daily measurement and CMM run support to production.
- Manage internal measurement tasks for production-related programs.
Qualifications:
- SolidWorks or 3D Modeling Software: Intermediate proficiency

- Required: High school diploma or equivalent; technical or other training preferred
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree or higher
- Required: 1 year of previous manufacturing experience
