JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Actively participate in APQP/PPAP and FAI Process
* Performs required inspections when necessary to validate programs
* Any other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager
* CMM, measuring devices
* CMM software (PC-DMIS for windows)
* Prepare CMM programs as required to CAD data and or prints for component parts and assemblies
* Performs ballooning of customer prints/drawings
* Performs any other layout according to the layout request, issues reports
* Facilitate gauge studies, GR & R"s (attribute and variables)
* Participate and assist in problem solving & analysis

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must be a US Citizen
* Manufacturing background
* Associates Degree with relevant work experience
