CMM Programmer/Operator with Inspection Experience - Panek Precision

Our family owned metal manufacturing company in Northbrook, IL is currently seeking an experienced CMM (coordinate measurement machine) programmer/operator. This individual must be a responsible and reliable team player that is motivated to accelerate their career within the manufacturing industry.

Are you experienced with CMM machines, capable of following very detailed instructions, and enjoy working in a fast-paced and environment? Then this is the job for you!

* CMM programmer/operator qualifications:
* Perform part measurements using CMM and other measuring equipment
* Perform scheduled/routine upkeep on lab & lab equipment
* Maintain/upkeep & create documentation records
* Analyze & communicate measurement results
* Use calipers, micrometers, and other lab equipment such as surface tester, CMM & vision system equipment
* Knowledge of GD&T
* Knowledge of Coordinate measuring machines
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints
* Ability to use measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.
* Ability to use lab equipment such as CMM, surface tester, and vision system
* Knowledge of ISO 9001
* Strong communication skills
* Strong ability to problem solve
