Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesÂ

This position involves cleaning validation, cleaning cycle development and post-cleaning validation monitoring in a cGMP facility. Below is a list of requirements for eligibility and success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and support administrative actions within the CMMS.
- Serve as a liaison with key business partners for operational tasks.
- Provide application user training and ongoing support.
- Manage Quality Management System (QMS) records related to CMMS.
- Process Helpdesk tickets and support user account lifecycle management.
- Oversee Equipment Master Data requests, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Aid in the management of CMMS modules, including work orders and PM schedules.
- Support audits and inspections as a CMMS Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Identify and address training gaps; develop and maintain training materials.
- Participate in CMMS projects and the CMMS Steering Committee.
- Create and maintain custom reports using tools like Cognos and Power BI.
- Process configuration changes and support management reporting tools.
Requirements
- Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in System Administration of CMMS applications or related enterprise-level applications.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Proficient in GMP and GDP requirements relevant to maintenance operations.
- Strong understanding of Part 11 compliance.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly spreadsheets.
- Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and typing accuracy.
- Self-motivated, problem-solver, and able to operate independently.
- Training: Willingness to participate in job-related training focused on technical and efficiency development.
