Description:The Contractor shall designate qualified ITR to ensure that the SP’s Information Technology (IT) obligations are met.
Responsibilities:- The SP’s ITR shall be proficient with CMMS, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) applications, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and Energy Management Control System (EMCS).
- The SP shall provide copies of the ITR’s training course completion documents, on the contract start date, and immediately upon any changes.
- Managing the day-to-day operation CMMS application and any other future software applications.
- Tasks include ongoing maintenance and administration of multiple unique organizations with varying contractual requirements, preventive maintenance, and inventory programs.
- Assist with supervision of CMMS team activities and projects and provide technical. assistance / troubleshoot to field staff for both desktop and mobile application issues.
- Perform physical asset inventories of various mechanical, electrical, fire and other building systems.
- Act as Lead or Alternate Lead on Inventory Projects.
- Support a Review and Improvement Program Initiative for the overall Maximo application and each individual contract site and / or client CMMS application.
- Manage all CMMS Configurations, deployment, and support (Automation Scripts, Escalations, Condition Expressions, KPI, and Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT Reports).
- Assist with Project / Contract transitions (phase-in and phase-out).
- Two years of hands-on experience providing operational support, training, and data entry/cleansing/validation within or supporting the population of a CMMS/EAM application.
- Experience may be substituted with the completion of certified CMMS training courses.
- Two years of hands-on experience installation, maintenance, and administration of a SCADA or EMCS network.
- Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program (IAWIP) certification.
