Crouse Health offers a full range of general and specialty care, inpatient and outpatient services and community health education and outreach programs Crouse's Revenue and Reimbursement team provides timely, accurate financial data and services to all other departments of the Hospital in order to maximize hospital reimbursement from third party payors, negotiate fiscally sound payor contracts. The Revenue and Reimbursement Team is hiring a CMP Revenue Cycle Analyst to work Monday- Friday: 8 am - 4:30 pm.
Pay Range: $64,000-$80,000/annually (based on experience).
CMP Revenue Cycle Analyst Responsibilities:
+ Accurately prepares, develops and distributes reports and analysis tools for various departments in a timely and organized manner.
+ Regularly conducts system processes and evaluates effectiveness. Proactively researches and identifies improved methods for report delivery to enhance workflow.
+ Identifies system issues and proactively researches and develops action plans for resolution.
+ Coordinate activities of staff responsible for charge capture, coding, charge entry, billing, insurance follow up, reimbursement analysis, or other financial functions.
+ Responsible for denial management which includes researching, analyzing, resolving and trending denials specific to the revenue cycle.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Accounting/Finance or closely related field.
+ Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years’ experience working in professional healthcare billing, reporting, and/or analysis.
+ Microsoft Access, Visio knowledge, experience with Medent software, preferred
