Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking a CNA to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Assist with direct patient care within the scope of their practice as well as other work on the unit which supports the patient environment
- Ensure optimal patient care and assist the healthcare team in providing and maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment for patients
- Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes
- Contribute to the provision of quality care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care
- Promote an environment of care
- Support the organizational vision and mission
Position Requirements:
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures
- Demonstrate flexible and efficient time management techniques
- Prioritize workload to meet productivity standards and deadlines
- Communicate with subordinates on a regular basis about project status and issues
- Establish and maintain positive interpersonal relations with internal and external customers
