Location: 65 N Sussex St, Dover, NJ 07801, USA
Positions/ Hours Available:
- 7am-3pm | 3pm-11pm | 11am-7am
- CNA Per Diem 2p-10p 23 dollars with 1 dollar shift diff
- CNA Weekend Warrior Every Saturday & Sunday up to 27 dollars an hour

Job Summary: The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) maintains a homelike environment for the residents, protects and promotes Resident Rights and assists the person to maintain independence and control to the greatest extent possible.
Further Responsibilities Board of Nursing Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- The person in this position must be able to perform the following essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Follow the instructions of the professional nurse/therapist providing care.
- Provide assistance with hygiene such as bathing, oral care, and dressing.
- Perform and record accurate measurements (i.e. vital signs, or intake/output as instructed in the care plans).
Possess the ability to follow written and oral instructions.
Report abnormal findings in patient’s conditions as observed and per care plan to RN.
Qualification:
- Current NJ Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- Prior nursing home experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills necessary in order to communicate and cooperate with and respond effectively to the instructions and requests from a diverse group of residents, visitors and staff and provide information with ordinary courtesy and tact.
- Good writing and oral communication skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them.
- Ability to respond to and work with a mature resident population, creating a warm, caring and supportive environment for the enjoyment of the residents and to promote this philosophy to all team members.
