Shifts : In general we offer 8, and 12 hour shifts for our CNA positions. We have openings for full-time (30+ hours weekly) and part-time (up to 29 hours weekly) positions.

• Days: 6am-2:30 pm
• Evenings: 2pm-10:30pm
• Nights: 10pm-6:30am

    Role:
    
    We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! The Certified Nurse Assistant is responsible to provide direct, hands-on care to residents in a nursing home environment to ensure residents attain or maintain the highest possible physical, mental and emotional well-being possible.
    
    Responsibilities:
    
    • CNA Follows and upholds The Community'sphilosophy and goal to maintain, improve and/or enhance each resident's quality of care and quality of life.
    • CNA Assists residents with activities of daily living as outlined in care plan.
    • CNA Completes documentation of resident care as assigned.
    • CNA Follows safety policies in performing nursing care, assuring resident safety.
    • CNA Follows and upholds policies and procedures of The Community.
    • CNA Follows rules outlined in the Community's employee handbook.
    • CNA Attends and participates in facility meetings and in-service training programs as assigned.
    • CNA Follows infection control guidelines.
    • CNA Reports changes in resident's condition immediately to the Charge Nurse
    • CNA Observes residents' rights including, but not limited to, privacy, dignity, etc.
    • CNA Promotes positive public relations with residents, family members and guests.
      
      Qualifications
      
      Qualifications :
      
      The Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) must have completed an approved training program and passed competency examinations in clinical skills and written knowledge in accordance with statutory requirements for Certified Nurse Assistant.
