CNAs for Award Winning Healthcare Facility

National Award winning locked mental health facility in Riverside currently seeking Full-time and Part-time CNAs for our facility. We provide mental health care services for clients 21-64 years of age. All of our clients are ambulatory and not bed bound. They attend mental health focused groups run by our Program Counselors. The goal is to help clients deal with their mental health challenges and help them discharge to lower levels of care such as board and care or in some cases home.

We offer mental health programming with behavior modification provided by our Program department.

Some of the main duties of the CNAs include completing rounds, assist and provide monitoring of the clients, monitor shower use for the clients, supervise clients during dining, fresh air breaks, activities and assist clients with any needs they may have. The majority of the work is supervising clients. Further duties will be discussed during the hiring process but one of the main goals is to teach clients daily living skills and to be self-reliant. All of our clients are ambulatory, and no clients are in need of wheelchairs.

Salary: $18.00 per hour

Requirements: Valid CNA Certification and CPR certified
