CNA/CMA Float Pool KANSAS - Azria Health

In this specific position, we are searching for float/pool aides. “Floating” refers to moving from one unit to another because of staffing needs. Gas mileage reimbursement will be provided. 

Successful team members will have a current license, an enthusiastic attitude, a love for helping provide restorative care to our residents, and a desire to learn and grow with our company.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Provide direct care according to the individualized resident treatment plan

- Participate in resident care assessments and restorative nursing programs

- Maintain current certification by attending & participating in training and educational classes

- Deliver the highest quality of care possible to each resident, serving with kindness and compassion

Qualifications and Skills

We are seeking team members who have the following qualifications and skills:

- Current certification in the state of Nebraska

- Professional enthusiastic attitude

- Strong communication skills

- Self motivated

- Shows initiative in daily work

Job Type: PRN. Not allowed more than 30 hours per week.

All shifts available.
