Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant
- Full-time, Part-time or PRN shifts
- Days: 6am-2:30pm, Eves: 2pm-10:30pm, Overnights: 10pm-6:30am
- 4 hour, 8 hour, and 12 hour shifts available.
- Holiday schedule - Time and a half paid.
Location: 1325 Main St. Windsor, Colorado

About the Role:
As a CNA at Columbine Commons Health & Rehab, you will:
- Deliver personalized care to residents, ensuring their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being as per individualized care plans.
- Assist with daily activities such as grooming, hygiene, feeding, toileting, and mobility, while maintaining residents' dignity and comfort.
- Uphold a restraint-free and abuse-free environment, promptly reporting any incidents or concerns.
- Observe and report changes in residents' conditions or behaviors to nursing staff.
- Maintain residents' skin integrity through proper care techniques.
- Conduct routine rounds to address residents' needs and respond promptly to requests for assistance.
- Accurately document care provided and adhere to safety and infection control procedures.
- Provide restorative care to help residents maintain or regain independence.
- Contribute to care plans and participate in care planning meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
Experience and Education:
- At least 17 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- A Certified Nursing Assistant License in the state of Colorado.
Skills:
- Ability to effectively able to read and interpret documents.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to reason and problem solve.
- Basic technical skills.
- Knowledge of the aging process, dementia, and disabilities.

Our Total Rewards package includes a salary range of between $19 - $30/hr. DOE, as well as shift differentials
- Evening differential $2.00
- Overnight differential $3.00
