Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to enroll in our CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Development Course. This intensive training program provides participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the field of healthcare. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in our hospital and health care facility, providing essential care to patients.
During this comprehensive course, you will receive hands-on training and classroom instruction, covering a wide range of topics including patient care, medical terminology, infection control, and basic nursing skills. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced healthcare professionals and gain practical experience through supervised clinical rotations.
Upon successful completion of the course, you will be eligible to take the state certification exam to become a Certified Nursing Assistant. This certification will open doors to a rewarding and fulfilling career in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and eating
- Take and record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
- Help patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Monitor and report any changes in patient's condition to the nursing staff
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Follow all policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and confidentiality
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
- Current CPR certification
