Responsibilities:

1. Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
2. Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
3. Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
4. Assist with medication administration under the supervision of a registered nurse
5. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

Qualifications:

1. Current CNA certification
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
3. Ability to work effectively as part of a team
4. Compassionate and patient demeanor
5. Experience in a long-term care facility preferred
