Synergy HomeCare of Palm Bay is seeking private duty caregivers (HHA's or CNA's) in West Melbourne

Experience with working with a senior couples is a Must!

Recruiting for Palm Bay area - Day shift  9am-1pm (Monday- Friday)

Weekends also availabe 9am - 1pm (Saturday - Sunday)

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and professional relationships with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Adhere to policies and procedures set by office administration.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.

Qualifications & Requirements

• HHA Certificate or CNA License
• Current FIRST AID & CPR certification
• Current TB (negative PPD results) in the last 6 months
• Pass criminal record and Level 2 background in AHCA clearinghouse.
• Reliable transportation/Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with Alzheimer’s and Dementia, Memory care a plus!
• Bilingual (Spanish ) a plus! *but not a requirement*
