Skilled Nursing Care Certified Nursing Assistant

We’re currently seeking dedicated CNAs for our skilled nursing healthcare center at Spang Crest, a Luthercare community in Lebanon, PA. We offer part-time traditional positions (6AM-2PM, 2PM-10PM, 10P-6A) and flexible positions.

WHAT YOU DO: 

As a CNA at Spang Crest, you’re an integral part of ensuring our residents are comfortable by monitoring their overall health and well-being. You’ll do this in several ways, including: 

1. Serving as an important link between residents and the supervising nurse or physician. 
2. Talking with residents to observe their symptoms and conditions and relaying this information to the clinical care team. 
3. Assisting Registered and Licensed Nurses in administering treatment and care for our residents. 
4. Taking care of residents’ day-to-day needs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. 

CNAs are assisted by our Hospitality Aides in providing care to our residents.

Spang Crest, located at 945 Duke Street in Lebanon, is a 105-bed skilled nursing and rehab center. The community is part of Luthercare, a not-for-profit, faith-based, and mission-driven organization based in Lititz, Pa. Luthercare provides a network of services through its full continuum of care with three communities in Lancaster and Lebanon Counties. 

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: 

1. Current enrollment on The Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry or completion of approved training with competency evaluation 
2. GED or High School Diploma
