CNA / PCA Needed for 24/7 Case and Other Cases Starting Immediately - BrightStar Care

BrightStar Care of Midtown Raleigh has an immediate need for CNA's and PCA's for multiple new cases starting in the next week.

Job Requirements

• A positive attitude and a great personality
• Provide companion and personal care to clients
• Document plan of care requirements and time and attendance
• Input shift availability at least 2 weeks in advance
• Start shift on-time and complete all plan of care tasks
• Notify the Director of Nursing of client changes or concerns
• Provide a safe environment and promote quality care through adherence to established policies, procedures and standards
• Ensure client's rights are adhered to. These include but are not limited to:
  • the right to privacy and dignity while care is being provided
  • the right to accept or refuse care
  • the right to confidentiality of their information
• Respond rapidly and appropriately in an emergency situation
• Use equipment properly and in a safe manner

Qualifications

• Valid NC license (CNA's)
• Current TB Test
• Understanding of HIPAA and OSHA Regulations
• Valid Drivers License and Have Reliable Transportation with Appropriate Insurance
• Display outstanding communication and empathy for our clients
