The CNA Training Program provides the opportunity to take a CNA course, at no cost, while working in a full-time Unit Helper position. Maine Veterans' Homes pays for your CNA certification, class time, as well as work time. After completion of the CNA course, and certification is obtained, you will then transition to a CNA position. Required Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to read at the 10th grade level and pass a written English exam demonstrating this.
