CNC EDM Programmer/Specialist - LTP Precision

Duties:
- Set up and operate CNC EDM machines to perform machining operations according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders
- Select and inspect electrodes as necessary
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning and lubricating
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications
- Assemble components using hand tools or power tools as required
- Use precision measuring instruments such as bore gauges and coordinate measuring machines to verify dimensions

Experience:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a CNC Operator Machinist
- Knowledge of plastics injection mold building is a plus
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles is desirable
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise measurements
