CNC Field Service Engineer - Revel Staffing

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide post-sales technical support, including the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and upgrading of CNC equipment and peripherals.
  
• Plan and coordinate activities related to equipment installation, repair, and upgrades.
  
• Investigate and resolve customer-reported technical issues and identify ways to prevent future problems.
  
• Examine machinery, review work orders, and interact with operators to detect problems and determine whether they stem from mechanical or human error.
  
• Analyze data to determine the root cause of issues and perform or recommend repairs, upgrades, or corrective actions.
  
• Advise management and factory engineers on equipment defects, customer feedback, and product improvements.
  
• Work independently or as part of a team to coordinate work activities and manage priorities.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or engineering technology).
  
• 2-5 years of experience in a machine tool company.
  
• Knowledge of Fanuc machines and CNC systems.
  
• Familiarity with PLC systems and diagrams.
  
• Ability to operate forklift trucks and manual lifting equipment.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  
• Willingness to travel 30%-50% for on-site work.
