Pay: $25-$28/hr (Based on experience)

- Set up and operate CNC lathes based on work order data and blueprints.
- Inspect parts according to print specifications and quality intervals.
- Maintain accurate part counts during machining processes.
- Adhere to standard work processes, ensuring safety at all times.
- Continuously seek improvements in machining practices and overall job performance.
- Perform visual inspections consistently.
- Attend company training courses and participate in project teams as needed.
- Be open to cross-training for other positions within the company.
