Role
As a CNC Machinist (also known as CNC Lathe Operator, CNC Technician), you'll operate and maintain CNC lathes, interpret blueprints, determine tooling requirements, setup procedures, and control settings. You'll also monitor machining and adjust speeds and feeds accordingly, enter program commands in machine controller or retrieve preprogrammed codes, and manually adjust machine controls to prevent out-of-tolerance machining. You'll be expected to recommend production improvement methods, maintain cleanliness of your machine and work area, and work with different materials to machine complex precision components.

- 5+ years of CNC Machining experience, specifically with CNC Horizontal Lathe.
- Ability to perform machine setups on CNC Lathes with little to no supervision.
- Proficiency in GD&T, G-Code, Blueprint Reading, and Shop Math.
