CNC Lathe Machinist - PPS-HPS

CNC LATHE MACHINIST!

1ST & 2ND SHIFT -  WORK 4 10'S OR 5 8'S! 

Seasoned machinists to produce part from blueprint to specifications. In need of CNC Lathe Machinists with conversational controls experience running Mazak with Mazatrol controls a preference. 

• Must have job shop experience
• Must be able to edit and program from controls and highly preferred experience writing programs using Surfcam or Mastercam Experience. 
• Must have own machinist tools including mics & caliper and gauge blocks
• Must read blueprints
• Must hold tolerances of +/- .001 to .0005
• Must understand machining symbols and speeds and feeds
• Must be able to choose appropriate tooling to perform turning, drilling, tapping, reaming, milling boring and key cutting
• Experience operating cranes
• Wide range of materials experience including but not limited to Aluminum, Steel, weldments and Tool Steel
