CNC Lathe or Mill Operator
Johnson Creek, WI
from $20.00 to $26.00 per hour.
Our shop is predominantly equipped with robotic cells, making up over 95% of our operations. We are looking for a skilled CNC Vertical or Horizontal Milling Operator to become a key member of our team.

CNC Lathe or Mill Operator Qualifications:
- Machine Operators - CNC Machinists need to be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Have a positive attitude
- Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Achieve, maintain, and establish productivity and quality requirements
- Zero defect quality mentality
CNC Lathe or Mill Operator Responsibilities:
- The Machine Operator is responsible for running CNC Mills or Lathes
- Using a variety of precision measuring devices
- Working from a blueprint or drawing with specifications
- Striving for continuous improvement
- Ability to work in a cell structure operating 2-3 machines at a time
- Assist in the decision-making process of future machine and tooling purchases
- Meets with engineers to discuss potential machine problems
- Maintain a clean work area
- CNC Machinists - Machine Operators need to have the ability to communicate with others verbally and in writing
- Attention to detail
- Ability to change your own tools.
- Ability to Set-Up new jobs on machines.
- Walk and stand for the entire shift
- Vision requirements for this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
- Required to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and will frequently lift up to 25 pounds such as moving parts from material storage and moving parts in and out of work area.
