Job Title: CNC Lathe Operator

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC Turning and Multi-Axis lathes to produce precision components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Proven experience operating CNC lathes (2-axis and multi-axis).
• Strong understanding of machining processes and quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
