CNC Lathe Set Up Operator-2nd Shift

Responsibilities:

• CNC Lathe set up/operator (Doosan Puma 2-axis slant bed CNC Lathe with Fanuc 18-T Control)

• Perform first article inspections and correct any discrepancies.

• Perform advanced set-up and fixturing of jobs.

• Utilizes tools and measuring instruments including, but not limited to saw, shear, grinder, calipers, micrometer, calculator, and various other hand tools.

• Read blueprints and inspect completed parts and related documentation.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and reading skills.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience

• Ability to work from schematics and blueprints.

• Ability to read and understand technical work instructions.

• Experience with Doosan Puma or Fanuc 18-T machines preferred.

• Strong computer skills in Word and Excel

• Six Sigma, 5S, and Lean experience a plus.

Shifts Available:
Shifts are available from Monday – Friday, 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm with some overtime

Pay Details: $23.00 to $35.80 per hour
