CNC Machine Operator at Manpower

Our client, in Alexandria is searching for CNC Machine Operators!  We're looking for a detail-oriented individual to operate CNC machines, ensuring high-quality production that meets customer specifications.

 Job Title: CNC Operators 2nd Shift

Location: Alexandria Mn.

Pay Range: Experience based plus shift premium

Key Responsibilities:

• Load/unload parts into CNC machines and conduct quality inspections.
• Follow blueprints and manufacturing orders to guarantee accuracy.
• Maintain a safe work environment and uphold company safety standards.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and assist with setups.
• Maintain department and company performance and production goals

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with measurement tools.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Motivated self-starter with a commitment to continuous learning.
• Ability to recognize safety concerns
