Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Mills and CNC Lathes to produce high-quality components.
• Perform machine setups for production runs, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Utilize calipers and micrometers to measure and verify part dimensions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Manage CNC tooling and maintain proper inventory levels.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status and challenges.
• Apply GD&T principles to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Assist in mechanical assembly and troubleshooting as needed.
• Perform shop math calculations to support machining processes.
• Meet physical requirements of the role, including lifting and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of CNC Mill and Lathe operations.
• Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and machine programming.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Understanding of GD&T and its application in machining.
• Mechanical assembly and troubleshooting skills are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
