The CNC Machining Cell Supervisor at Rimeco Products, Inc. will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of a designated CNC machining cell or team. This role demands a dynamic leader with extensive knowledge of CNC machining processes, strong supervisory skills, and a commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.

Typical day in the life as a CNC Machining Cell Supervisor:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of CNC machinists, technicians, and operators within the designated cell or team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Work with production planners to develop and maintain daily and weekly production schedules.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet production targets.
- Monitor and manage the flow of work within the cell or team to ensure on-time delivery and efficient production.
- Implement workflow improvements to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and specifications in all machining processes.
- Conduct inspections and implement quality control procedures within the cell or team.
- Uphold safety protocols and maintain a secure working environment for all team members.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Identify training needs and provide training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Facilitate cross-training to ensure versatility among team members
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure CNC machines and equipment are properly maintained and repaired.
- Address equipment issues promptly to minimize production disruptions
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, quality inspections, and resource allocation.
- Generate reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
What we are we looking for?
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications preferred)
- Minimum 3 years set up experience preferably in a manufacturing or machining environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management capabilities
