CNC Machinist 1st Shift - Beneficial Talent Source

Location: Batavia, OH

Shift: M-F, 1st shift

Description: We are seeking a CNC Machinist for our shop, responsible for setup and operation of Hass lathes and Mazak mills. Machinists will receive part drawings and handle all aspects of machining, from tool selection to running the machines. This is a great opportunity for machinists looking to learn programming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes
• Follow part drawings to determine machining processes
• Select appropriate tools for each job
• Ensure high-quality and accurate machining

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of CNC operator experience, preferably with Mazak mills
• Willingness to learn CNC programming
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Setting up and running various machines

Bonus:

To be on the higher end of the range, we are looking for someone with strong CNC programming skills, with a job shop background. Must be capable of creating and running your own programs at the machine. However, this is not a requirement for the role!
