2nd shift Mon - Fri 2pm to 10pm. OT & weekends as needed.

3rd shift Sun-Thurs 11pm to 7am. OT & weekends as needed.

Pay Starts at $22/hr. and can go up based upon experience! Plus a $2.00/hr shift differential!!!

Job Summary

Responsibilities:

• Uses blueprints, sketches, drawings, and/or job instruction sheets to produce dimensions and tolerances of finished work-piece and setup requirements.

• Cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines such as mills, lathes, grinders, machining centers, drill presses, and drill machines.

• Enters commands to retrieve, input, or edit control information for CNC machines.

• Sets up, operates, and monitors machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, and adjusts machine controls or control media as required.

• Utilizes a variety of measurement tools and methods to evaluate finished parts against specifications.

• Reworks parts that don't meet specifications.

• Follows all ISO procedures and safety rules, including wearing personal safety equipment and performing hoist inspections.

• Routes completed parts to next machine according to the routing sequence.

• Performs data entry on the computer to update part locations.

• Operates with the close attention to detail required to meet print specifications, down to 0.0002 in tolerances.

• Other assigned duties

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• 3 to 5 years machining experience at a minimum

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements:

• Fully site based

Key Competencies:

• Ability to use all forms of Lathes

• Ability to read blueprints

• Ability to calculate number between 0.0001 and 0.1

• Ability to machine tolerances within +/- .001

• Ability to use measuring intstruments and gages

• Ability to lift 35 lbs alone or 70 lbs with assisatance
