CNC Machinist:
Hours: M-F 7:00am-3:30pm
About the job:
Setup and maintain a variety of CNC Mills and Lathes for production.
Operate CNC Machines after the setups are completed and responsible for maintaining production.
Must keep the tooling inventory updated. Keep machinery coolant levels and general upkeep.
Must solve the machinery issues on the products with visual inspections: burrs, surface finish, dimensional inspection, etc.
Required:
HS diploma. Ideally trade school or apprenticeship in machining shop.
5+ years of experience setting up and operating CNC Mills and Lathes.
Knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens and Mitsubishis CNC Controllers.
G-Code and M-Code.
Blueprint reading and G, D & T.
