CNC Machinist - A.C. Coy

Location:  Onsite in Irwin, PA

Job Type: Full Time / Permanent

Work Authorization: US Citizen, GC

The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a CNC Machinist in Irwin, PA. Ideal candidates must have Mazatrol and/or GibbsCam programming experience, and be available to work day shifts onsite.

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts
• Set-up, operate, edit and program Mazak Integrex and QTU CNC machines and machining centers
• Program multiple Mazak Integrex machines using GibbsCam
• Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments ,and accessories
• Calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors
• Enter commands to retrieve, input, or edit computerized machine control media

Minimum Qualifications:

• Apprenticeship program in Machine Shop technology; OR
• Three or more years related Mazak experience and/or training; OR
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with Mazak machines required
• Able to use micrometers, electronic gauges, calipers and similar tools/equipment
• Knowledge of metric conversion; able to work in Metric and English units
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Able to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Day Shift - 7-3 with overtime available

• CNC Mill/Turn (5+ axis Mazak Integrex's)
• Calipers and Micrometers
• Inspection Equipment including CMM, Optical Comparator

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
