Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate, including reviewing CNC program and blueprints
• Verify speeds and feeds for tooling
• Perform production operations, monitoring machine performance and quality continuously.
• Work from blueprints, specifications, and/or instructions to rough and finish parts to close tolerances.

Requirements:

• Preferred with experience setting up and running Makino and Haas horizontal and/or vertical milling centers
• Preferred experience with setting up and running Takasawa and Nakamura lathes with Fanuc controls
• Ability to read blueprints to determine part specifications
• Proven ability to create and edit CNC programs.
• Knowledge of appropriate speeds and feeds for materials and tools.
