Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Machinist position include:

• Minimum of five years of experience in CNC machining.
• Experience with Swiss Lathes highly preferred.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and strong basic math skills.
• Operate and maintain several CNC machines, ensuring quality production.
• Monitor machine operations, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot issues.
• Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.
• Familiarity with metals and materials, including steel and copper.
• An opportunity to step into a Team Leader role with added responsibilities, such as coordinating with first shift, managing operator assignments, and ensuring smooth operation.

Salary: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour + 10% differential for 2nd shift, commensurate with experience.
