CNC Machinist/Programmer at Reliance One, Inc.

• 3+ years operating Mazak and HAAS machines
• Must be able to interpret prints with GD&T
• Able to perform setups in a timely fashion
• Ability to setup gauging and use basic inspection equipment to verify print specifications
• Provides feedback to leaders when needed to improve manufacturing processes
• Must have a minimum High School Diploma or GED
• This position is responsible for setting-up and operating a Mazak Integrex Mill Turn work center
• Must be able to interpret prints with GD&T and understands shop math
• Ability to read measuring tools (Micrometers, Calipers, etc.)
• Strong mechanical aptitude is a plus

Job Qualifications

• 3+ years operating Mazak and HAAS machines
• High school diploma or GED
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good organizational skills
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including training on day shift and once trained, transfer to night shift
• Must pass pre-employment physical during drug screen
• A continuous pattern of regular and prompt attendance is required
• Able to follow directions
• Tools are provided
