Maintenance Technician

About the Role: Our client, a leader in the precision machining industry, is seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience maintaining and repairing CNC production machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Repair and maintain CNC production machinery.
Rebuild and reinstall hydraulic pumps and cylinders.
Install and remove gears, bearings, and bushings.
Navigate and repair CNC controls preferably from FANUC, Heidenhain, Siemens.
Diagnose electrical failures in CNC equipment.
Understand refrigeration systems for CNC machine chillers.
Move, level, and anchor large CNC equipment.
Read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
Bend and install electrical conduit; solder copper piping (¼” to 2”).
Repair and reinstall CNC machine way covers.
Execute preventive maintenance programs.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience repairing and maintaining CNC production machinery.
Advanced certifications in welding, electricity, or related fields are desired.
Strong understanding of CNC equipment components and controls.
