CNC / Manual Machinist (2nd shift) - Openings (3) - Canton, OH - JOB 24-00284
Hourly Range: $22.00 - $40.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits
Machine Design & Build Company seeks experienced CNC Programmers who can set-up, make offset adjustments, and operate CNC lathes, mills, and surface grinders.
2 nd shift is 4:30 pm – 3:00 am, Mon – Fri. There is also a $2.00/HR shift differential for 2 nd shift.

Machine Design & Build Company seeks experienced CNC Programmers who can set-up, make offset adjustments, and operate CNC lathes, mills, and surface grinders.

- High School Diploma, GED, Machining on-the-job experience and/or certification from appropriate vocational school.
- Candidates must have experience with Gibbs or other CAD/CAM software, set-up and run speed cell machines, identify and select proper tools and gaging, read blueprints, solid math skills to include Knowledge of trigonometry, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.
- Preferred Candidates must be capable of editing (G&M CODE, Mazatrol, Fanuc, and/or Integrex) and have knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
- Candidates are also expected to set-up and operate manual lathes, mills, and surface grinders.
- Candidates should be capable of drilling, tapping and milling on manual mills.
- Candidates will inspect and measure finished parts utilizing gages, micrometers and calipers to meet specifications.
Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
