CNC Manufacturing Engineer / CNC Programmer at Engineering Resource Group

Description

• Manufacturing engineer position for the manufacture of precision mechanical components for the auto, aerospace and other industries.
• Primary responsibilities will include:
• Create new and edit existing CNC programs.
• Create new and troubleshoot manufacturing processes.
• Support creation and improvement of QA inspection methods.
• Perform successful continuous manufacturing improvement processes.
• Work seamlessly with engineering and design teams to complete projects.
• Position is with an established, medium-size manufacturing company.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in precision CNC machining environment.
• Hands on / self starter.
• Ability to take on a project through to completion.
• Experience with CAD-CAM (company uses SolidWorks CAD and SURFCAM CAM).
• Experience with Okuma and Fanuc CNC controls a plus.
• Experience with GD&T.
