Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in MA to bring on a CNC Manager. This is a full-time, Direct Hire Position.
Salary: $90,000-$110,000 depending on experience
Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm, OT may be available

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the CNC manufacturing floor, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and mentor a team of CNC operators, machinists, and support staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands while optimizing resource utilization.
- Monitor production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to address any production issues and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Manage inventory of materials and tools, ensuring availability for production needs.
- Prepare and present reports on production performance, quality metrics, and team performance to upper management.
- Proven experience managing a CNC manufacturing shop or similar environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent understanding of CNC machining processes, equipment, and programming.
- Proficient in production planning and scheduling techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in CNC machining, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Technical degree or certification in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field preferred.
